Tucked away on a lively little sidestreet, you’re right in the heart of Venice’s magic, with the energy of the city at your doorstep while still feeling wonderfully private once inside. Although you won’t get dramatic canal views from the windows (depending on the apartment - some do have views!), the location more than makes up for it. Step outside and you’re surrounded by an endless choice of incredible restaurants, cozy cafés, and charming shops, all within a 3-5 minute stroll. Every corner feels like a postcard - perfect for wandering, dining, and soaking up the Venetian atmosphere. The apartment itself is a true delight. Beautifully furnished with a tasteful mix of modern comforts and classic touches, it feels both stylish and welcoming. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for Venice, and every detail - from the layout to the decor - feels thoughtfully designed to make your stay effortless.

Perfect location, just 3 min walk from Rialto water station, right in the centre. Beautiful big apartment, with very regal looking Venezian interiors. It has a lift which is rare in Venice buildings. It has restaurants and coop supermarket just a min away. I cant recommend it enough.

A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. Spacious room with comfortable beds and nice furniture. The room and the bathroom were renewed and really clean. There was free coffee and tea in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our baby and our small dog were really well received. Breakfast was very good. There was a free parking spot inside the lot. There was a really good pizzeria around 100m from the B&B.

All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. Very nice location. Central for both Garda and Verona. We were a family of 6 with 2 kids, parents and grand parents. Everyone loved the staying. Will definately try to stay there again when I visit the region next time.
