Really clean and beautiful location! Great staff and amenities! The food was amazing! The dinner was so good full of flavor and lots of options! Breakfast was light and fresh! We booked a jeep tour which was beautiful and scenic the driver Eyad was amazing explaining what things were and the lunch my husband and I were blown away! We thought we were going to get some finger foods/ sandwiches but nope we got a full blown home cooked meal which was amazing! I truly recommend this place everyone goes above and beyond for you!

The night sky view and the sunrise view from our tent were amazing. As for the activities, we took a 2-hour safari for the sunset, and it was beautiful. Additionally, the stargazing activity at night was also a very impressive experience for us. We would like to thank our guides and the hotel owners — everything was wonderful.

My trip began with Awwad Talal, who promptly contacted me right after I booked the property. He provided several full-day and half-day tour options at very reasonable prices, and I chose the full-day tour. Before the trip, he explained everything clearly — including the process at the Visitor Centre and where to park the car — which made us feel well-prepared. On the day of the tour, Awwad stayed in touch with us throughout our journey to ensure we were safe and comfortable. When we reached the Visitor Centre, his representative welcomed us and guided us to the Wadi Rum parking area, where we met Awwad in person. We transferred to his jeep and began our amazing desert safari. Awwad took us to all the iconic spots, patiently explained the history and significance of each place, and helped us capture incredible photos. He even arranged sand-boarding, which was so much fun! Upon our request, he prepared a delicious freshly-cooked vegetarian lunch right in the desert — such a unique and memorable experience. We went to the camp where we were greeted with hot Bedouin tea by the camp fire followed by the traditionally cooked dinner. The tents are modern and well equipped and have good private washrooms with hot water. Overall, the tour was extremely well-organized, safe, and filled with wonderful moments. I highly recommend Awwad for anyone visiting Wadi Rum!
