The location is great - quiet at night but also within walking distance of bars, restaurants and Happo-One ski field. Big secure dry room for all your ski gear. Shuttle bus on demand was awesome, taking us to 2 different ski fields, or to the local supermarket, bus station, bag shipping place etc. All the staff were super nice. Breakfast was different each morning and was pretty good albeit a bit small on some days. The sliding doors within the suite meant it was almost like a 2 bed apartment when closed. Kitchen was good for cooking. USB chargers in the rooms. Communal area was cool, with its relaxing chairs and pool table. Super fast wifi.

Hakuba Train Station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Awesome location, beautiful views, comfy and spacious apartment with excellent drying room. Host Pete went over and above helping us book restaurants and even hosting a guest party in his garage one evening, top bloke!

Located just a 3-minute walk from JR Hakuba Station, Hakuba Ski Condos offers self-catering apartments with free WiFi, Apple TV, Netflix and mountain views. All apartments went through a renovation and come with a kitchen/dining area, a living area and bedrooms. A washing machine can be used on site. Hakuba Ski Condos was excellent for our recent ski holiday in Japan. There were 12 of us in one group and Bob accommodated us expertly with multiple trips up the slopes each day and pizzas in his restaurant. Thanks a million!

Nestled in the beautiful nature in Hakuba, Big Bear Chalets & Apartments offers well-appointed accommodation fitted with kitchen facilities and an en suite bathroom. Chalets are made with natural timbers, and apartments feature modern designs. They are situated in different locations in Hakuba. Free Wi-Fi is available, and shuttle services from JR Hakuba Station and to ski resorts and supermarkets are provided. Spacious, right across the road from ski hire, around resturants and very comfortable bed. It is equipped with a full kitchen.

All cottages feature air conditioning/heating facilities, garden views and a living room with a sofa. Some cottages have Western beds with hardwood floors, while most feature bedrooms with tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with an en suite bathroom and a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Large towels are available for rental. Super comfortable stay with everything we needed to cook after a day on the slopes. The bedding was excellent, showers and toilets worked well. Our host Toshi really made the stay exceptional, he helped us wherever he could, dropped us at the lifts each day and made it really special. Location was excellent, with a shuttle stop for the other mountains 2 minutes walk away. The on-site Onsen was also great and worth booking after a long day. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough, truly 10/10!
