Beautiful surroundings nice staff, feels like in real cambodian village, very authentic. Nice breakfast. Dinner food is ok, portions could be a bit bigger. Small swimming pool, but fine for relaxation and quick dip.

Our family of 18 stayed during khmer new year and it was great !! Location was excellent , 2 minute walk to the market , riverside , durian etc.. and no noisy neighbours.Mart just round the corner. Owner staff were really friendly and happy to help, also facilitated scooter rental. -Strong AC and Hot shower with good water pressure. -20 liter bottle of water in the room, fridge/freezer ,cups,plates , kettle coffee and BIG MUGS for morning cofee 👍👍👍👍 -plenty of outdoor space , garden , seating and safe moto parking. Great place for families, couples or solo travellers. Will definitely recommend and stay again 👍👍👍

We have spent 11 amazing days at Baksaei and we had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely stunning within a rice field surrounded by beautiful views of mountains, greenery and village-life atmosphere. The bonus is that you are still a short tuk-tuk ride into town, so very convenient too as you can keep the balance of being in the country side but very close to everything that the town has to offer. The house is clean, spacious and very very well equipped. We have been travelling and working remotely for a few years now and I can say that this place is a great combination of comfort, security, amenities and relaxation. This means that you can easily work from the house (great Wi-Fi and comfortable working spaces), relax on the balcony reading, practicing yoga or just watching the view or chill at the pool watching sunset and birds, cook your own meals at fully-fully equipped kitchen or order food from Grab if you feel like it- we even had 2 BBQs during our stay. It is very quiet around and we slept so well during our entire stay- huge surprise was how breezy it was even during May as we could sleep with windows open and no AC was needed even though available! Meghan, the host, is such a kind and open hearted person who is so passionate about her place and full heartedly dedicated to offer the most complete experience and make sure that nothing is missing- she had done such an amazing job making the place truly comfortable and achieving this sense of chill that we are all looking for. It was hard to leave and we could stay much longer but we already had a whole plan in place so would probably be back again. We stayed as a couple and recommend it for any individual, couple or family who are seeking peace, quiet, relaxion and connection to the country side. Best place to stay, very friendly

Absolutely gorgeous property with amazing staff. We were not aware of this when booking, but they have a chef who comes over to cook for you at night. We were extremely lucky and there were no other guests on the property, so we had the swimming pool and shared kitchen all to ourselves.

5 star peaceful and tranquil resort with both hill and rural view from the top. Your own private villa with private pool and snooker table. Good for a family retreat. Friendly and hospitable staff.

Very nice place for truly relaxed and enjoy the nature. Not far from town, truly quiet and accompanied by nature. The place is so clean with neat design, service is also very good to make you feel warmly welcome.
