View was amazing you can see lotus tower from the balcony. The swimming pool is great. They have an air conditioned room to sit in while the kids swim and a play area by the pool. kFC and Pizza Hut very close 3 supermarkets within walking distance they also have options to eat in them. There are some nice Sri Lankan food places near by as well. We had a two bedroom apartment there were 3 air conditioned units in it one in each bed room all worked well. One shower has good pressure the water was not hot hot but was ok. It is very clean and tidy. The agent is awesome sent details through prior to arrival and was available via what’s app if we had any questions That it does need is pool towels there are not any only white towels at the pool is difficult. They have washing machine so you can wash them and a drying rack on the balcony. What would have been nice would have been instructions on how to use the TV we just didn’t watch it and was not a big deal we could have asked if we wanted to.

There are many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of this apartment, and it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach area, shopping centres and the wonderful Colombo markets. Check in was an easy process with the on-site office. And Sanath who runs the 24 hour security of the building is just outstanding nothing was to much trouble for him, thank you Sanath. I would also like to say a special thank you to Jawfer the property manager and his team who we’re a pleasure to deal with, Jawfer went out of his way to give us so much information about the areas around Colombo. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. The first day in Sri Lanka we made 1 day stop in Colombo. . Darsham was a great host. Well communicating before and during our staying. He made it possible for us to check early and have a breakfast the day we came in. Arranged many things for us. The Sri Lanka's breakfast was rich and delicious. The apartment was cosy, ample, clean...just perfect. 30 min drive by tuktuk for ~Rs. 900 to the city center. Highly recommended!
