Our stay at 701 Mawella Villa was absolutely wonderful! The villa offers excellent facilities, everything spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The swimming pool was crystal clear and surrounded by a peaceful tropical garden. The host, Shashi, was incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to help and make our stay stress-free. The free kayaking on the calm Mawella Lagoon was magical, with tropical birds and a stunning sunset view over the water. The villa is perfectly located, just a 2-minute walk to Mawella Beach, which is clean, quiet, and ideal for swimming or walks. Our kids loved the sport and play items, and we appreciated the baby crib, Wi-Fi, and daily cleaning. Every part of this villa from the garden and pool to the beach and lagoon created a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Truly one of the best stays in Sri Lanka — we can’t wait to return!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Warm water, decent water pressure, proactive host with whom communication via WhatsApp was uncomplicated and quick. Close to the beach and many nice restaurants within walking distance. We stayed five days longer than planned.

If you need anything, they are there to help (they live at a house next to the villa). The food, they cooked for us was very tasty and a lot (too much to finish it all)! For breakfast you can either take a Western or a Sri lankan breakfast. If you want to go on a safari, they will organize a trip for you! The pool and the outside area is lovely! There are lots of fruit trees around (mango, banana, coconut) and you will get a taste of the fruits if you like. One of our group had a problem with his phone, so Ranjeed took him to the next phone store and tried solve the problem. Thank you so much! We can definitely recommend staying here!

The villa itself was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The interiors were comfortable and had a cozy feel, which made us feel at home right away. The highlight for us was the large swimming pool — it was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The surrounding area was calm and private, which made it a great place to unwind. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our short stay. Even though we stayed for just one night, it was a very memorable experience, and we would love to come back for a longer stay next time. My wife and I spent unforgettable days at the Eco Oasis Villa in Tangalle. I would call this place a perfect villa for romantic getaways — a true gift for the soul and body, nestled near the jungle, far from the road, surrounded by peace and quiet. The villa is located in a serene, secluded area, just a short walk from the beautiful Goyambokka Beach — just a few minutes' leisurely stroll and you find yourself on a superb beach with calm waters, which is quite rare for this coastline. This is our third year in the southern part of Sri Lanka, and what impressed us the most was that we felt like guests of the local flora and fauna — it was mesmerizing. We saw mongooses, peacocks, monkeys, and monitor lizards. The accommodation itself is cozy and stylish, decorated in a national eco-style with great attention to detail. High ceilings and panoramic windows! The tropical stone shower is spacious and beautifully designed. Everything was clean, spacious, and very thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the lush green garden surrounding the villa — it felt like living in the middle of the jungle, but with all the comforts, especially with the lovely veranda. The host, Dilith, is incredibly hospitable and kind, speaks excellent English (which is rare here), and helped us with everything we needed. He arranged airport transfer for an extra fee, recommended great places nearby, and even treated us to fresh fruit and coconuts! If you're looking for a place to completely relax, feel connected to nature, and still enjoy comfort — Eco Oasis in Tangalle is the perfect choice. I also rented a Mahindra scooter from him for a reasonable price — it rides like a ship on the road, heavy and very stable. The powerful air conditioner, smart switches, and multi-function shower really surprised me. The blender, toaster, and both gas and electric stove were also very useful.

It was near to 4 national parks and next to the beach. The property was very natural and a perfect place to relax after a few days travelling around Sri Lanka.

We had different Sri Lanka dishes for breakfast every day. It tasted amazing We booked a safari through them and they treated us with different things to our safari. This is a place who is really worth your money.
