We arrived a bit early for check-in and weren’t sure exactly which building was ours. So we asked a man walking down the street if he knew the address — he nodded and promptly called Youseff. Youseff came out with a huge, welcoming smile and explained the room wasn't quite ready yet. He suggested we grab a juice nearby and said he'd come find us once everything was set. We enjoyed some tasty drinks at the juice shop, and sure enough, a short while later Youseff appeared to let us know we could check in. He was super nice and extremely helpful, and the apartment itself was a wonderful surprise — huge, with a comfortable living room, a nice kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Medina. Fee parking is abundant on the street right outside of the apartment

The units have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, an oven and a fridge. Units have a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms also boast a terrace and some have sea views. At the apartment complex, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Aghata Palms Riad was wonderful. Absolutely everything was beautiful, we loved it very much. It's in a great location in the medina. Maybe it takes some searching the first time, but Blanka the owner sent you a map on how to get there, even with photos of the street and front door. When you arrive there you will be welcomed bij the friendly Fouzia who will show you around. Fouzia comes to clean every day and if you want she will make breakfast for you. We didn't do that so unfortunately I can't say anything about that. We had the top floor with private terrace and sea view. There were two very nicely decorated bedrooms one with a bad and one with a shower. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice kitchen and excellent WiFi. On the ground floor you will find books and information maps with many excellent tips. There is also a beautiful garden with lots of plants, palms and a swimming pool that you may use. Everything there is also very beautiful decorated. It was a pleasure to communicate with Blanka. She is very attentive, she responds quickly to your message and gives you a lot of good information in a nice way. Essaouira and Riad des Palms stolen my heart. Essaouira has a special harbor with a lot of activity, many blue fishing boats, seaqulls and many sweet cats. There's a cozy medina with lots of shops and very friendly people. Lots of good restaurants too. I can't wait to go there again. And of course back to Aghata Palms Riad. Thank you very much, Blanka and Fouzia. It was great! Hope to come back soon.
