The bathroom was spotless. The kitchen is super well and high quality equipped, definitely enough to prepare a quick meal. The pool is great and very clean, as is the entire residence. The kids loved the gardens and the small playground, which was perfect. The manager was super friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with our rented car, and he went out of his way to help us very quickly. We would come again any day.

We arrived a bit early for check-in and weren’t sure exactly which building was ours. So we asked a man walking down the street if he knew the address — he nodded and promptly called Youseff. Youseff came out with a huge, welcoming smile and explained the room wasn't quite ready yet. He suggested we grab a juice nearby and said he'd come find us once everything was set. We enjoyed some tasty drinks at the juice shop, and sure enough, a short while later Youseff appeared to let us know we could check in. He was super nice and extremely helpful, and the apartment itself was a wonderful surprise — huge, with a comfortable living room, a nice kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Medina. Fee parking is abundant on the street right outside of the apartment

At the apartment complex, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The accommodation was very well located in the middle of the old town. We had the whole floor for ourselves, including a kitchen and a living room, and we had an access to the roof terrace with a view of the ocean, which made the stay very comfortable. The living room had a desk and there was a very good wifi accessible throughout the property, which was very suitable, since we also needed to do some work. The owner was very attentive, gave us instructions, offered recommendations and was checking in on us to make sure we had everything. One day the water supply was cut off in the old town but the property owner and caretaker quickly solved the situation to make sure we have water.

Ayoub is an amazing host. He helped us with everything we needed and took care of all our needs. When we needed advise about Essaouira or surroundings he helped us out. He got us a table at a popular restaurant, through a friend of his who works there. He also checked for us if the roads we would take after visiting Essaouira were open, which was great help. The location for us was the best; it’s a quiet neighbourhood where you can sleep really nice, it has some little shops around, but is not in the busy medina. The beach is about 10ish minutes walking and the medina about 15-20 minutes. But you can also easily take a taxi close to the house, which will cost you only 8 dirham to get to the medina (less than 80 euro cents!), which we did in the evenings with our little child. We enjoyed a lot and hope to come back! Thanks a lot Ayoub for the warm welcome and the amazing stay!
