Excellent location very close to the ADO bus station and airport. Also walkable to stunning beaches in Puerto Escondido. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, shower was warm and had great temperature. Very clean. The blackout blinds and curtains made sleeping in a breeze. There's also a shared kitchen. Highly recommend Casa Sixta.

The location is one of the most beautiful and oldest part of Oaxaca. The host is really kind and incredibly helpful! My girlfriend forgot her passport ar a bank due to a clerical error. We only noticed at the airport after bank closing time. She went above and beyond to find a person that works there! Because of this we managed to catch our flight! The location is right in the historical center. The rooftop is amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset and enjoy a breakfast made with fresh produce from the markets in a well equipped kitchen. There is purified water in the house available which saves a lot of dragging with water.
