The apartment was cozy, clean and staff made us like home. All staff including Ganesh were friendly and helped us navigate grocery, nearby amenities. Thamel was also close by , so it was great location for exploring areas.

This is a newly built, modern, cozy, quiet apartment located in Durbar Square. The bed and linens were quite cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There's a plethora of shops, restaurants from which to choose. The host was extremely attentive to my needs as well as kind and responsive. She really went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable one. I give this apartment 5 stars!!.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this family-run guesthouse located near a peaceful river — the sound of the flowing water was so calming, especially after busy days in Kathmandu. The family lives on the property and welcomed us with genuine warmth. Their son greeted us with welcome drinks and later invited us for a lovely morning walk to a nearby temple. His mother prepared delicious breakfasts on the veranda with a stunning view. The whole family was incredibly kind and even invited us to join their son’s birthday celebration and a local festival, which made our stay unforgettable. It’s a quiet and relaxing place with no traffic noise — only the soothing sound of the river. We would love to come back one day! On the photo you can see the family and us. Plus the veranda and the view where we had our breakfast.

I loved staying in the middle of Patan, high up overlooking the temple roofs and the valley. The hosts were very attentive and kind. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, with a touch of traditional style. They had great wifi and a battery for powercuts which allowed to work online comfortably.

Thamel area is little bit far away from this hotel.There is a temple at walking distance of 10 minutes.Staff were very humble.I llike the breakfast which cost 500npr per person.It was delicious and healthy too.Facilities was very good in this reasonable price.I am happy with this.😊

Very clean bedsit apartment with all you need to stay. Neighbourhood is non-touristy but lots of small shops and stalls, and you can walk down to Patan restaurants in less than 10 mins. I would dock a point or two because the apartments all face the (not very busy) back-street and it's a little noisy if you're a light sleeper as it's single-glazed. But the staff were so nice and helpful, I'll bump the score back up to a nine.
