Beautiful small guesthouse with only 4 specious rooms. Very nice local design , clean and comfortable with small kitchen, living room separate to bedroom. Comfortable bed. There is cafe at the terrace. The breakfast is very tasty and I highly recommend it. We stayed 2 nights in 2 separate rooms as same room was not available, both rooms were beautiful. I can’t recommend this property more!

Found it close to most of my destinations in Muscat. Fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and most household amenities are new and working. Plenty of parking under the building.
