There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!

Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.

The host, Ricardo, is really kind..he helped me get a local SIM card and gave me tons of great tips for exploring Lima. The internet is solid, which is great since I work remotely and have online meetings. Plus, there are restaurants, a gym, supermarkets, Kennedy Park, and cafés just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lima.

We would really find it hard to criticise San Martin, such a good place to stay in Miraflores. Very clean, lovely spacious apartment, strong wifi, comfortable bed and truly delicious, excellent breakfast. The location is great, Miraflores is full of decent bars and restaurants within a maximum ten minute walk. Helpful staff, excellent stay. Absolutely no negative comments.
