- A warm welcome by the owner with a tour of the property and a bit of history of the place, as well as tips on places to visit. - Great facilities: everything was impeccably clean, organized, and of beautiful design. You can see that even the smallest details are well-thought-of and put effort in. - The breakfast was fantastic: every product was of high quality and super fresh, you can also order something like eggs a la carte to be cooked for you. - Our studio had everything we needed and had quality finishings and furniture, everything you looked at was pleasant to the eye. I cannot think of anything to add to the room, as it was just great. - The property had a swimming pool and jacuzzi. We did not use it as we did not have much time, but we saw that it was clean and taken care of. - The location is good, with just a short drive from the center. The secured parking is very convenient. The check-in and check-out process is simple, as well as using the electronic entrance with a key instead of cards and keys. I think it is the first time I have rated a property as 10 out of 10, but this one exceeded our expectations. We wish the owners success with the project that they put so much passion into!

We got full information about how to arrive at the apartment in late hours in advance. It was possible to order breakfast and to choose dishes. The apartment hotel is new, modern and very clear. There is an excellent spa inside. The staff is very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation surrounded by nature! We had high expectations but the place outdone it all! The hosts are welcoming and helpful, fantastic big breakfast brought to your room so you can enjoy quiet and birds chirping. Air-conditioning works as a heater so you can dry wet clothes. The best after a long hike was the private jacuzzi!

The place was magnificent! Such beautiful gardens, a pool and a jacuzzi, a parking spot and a talking parrot which was a sightseeing, we loved it! We had privacy and quiet, comfortable beds, a kitchen to cook breakfast which was eggs from chicken in the villa with fresh avocado from the trees! And of course the hospitality was excellent, anything we might need, from recommendations to extra towels was immediately provided and we loved how warm the guest was. The perfect place to stay during vacation in such an amazing destination like Sao Miguel.

Amazing place at the heart of Ponta Delgado: very clean, all amenities, extremely convenient and well-done. Perfect for family with kids - we were 4 with 5 and 8 year olds, and it was the best choice. A welcoming touch - some local food (bread, jam, etc) were there to welcome us
