What an absolute treat this place was. Think we could have setup a volleyball court in the living room, it was massive. The rooms, super spacious with comfy beds. Everything here was just fabulous. The hosts, super friendly, run the restaurant downstairs and even brought our dinner up (a la room service). A 10 minute tuk-tuk ride to the old town, which was fine as we arranged a driver when we arrived at the bus station. No negatives here, it was great. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Cant believe more people dont stay here. It is overlooking the historical park. Very good base for exploring the area. You have complementary tea and coffee. AC. Very comfortable and clean. We extended our stay. Very kind owner. Peaceful. Top tip: the park is free to visit after 6pm when it is alot cooler and the sunset makes the temples very serene.

Beautiful cottage tucked away in a peaceful location just outside the main historical park, and close to the temples in the Western Zone. Really relaxing and a great break from the tourist trail. Lots of nature and animals to see. Hosts were super lovely, helpful, and very attentive. Breakfast of pastries, fruit, tea and coffee was delicious!! Also provided free water, which we appreciated. We rented bikes here and cycled around. Loved our stay here :)

The guesthouse is located 3min by bicycle from the historical park, in a quiet neighbourhood, in Sukhothai old town. The landlady is super kind, she can do your laundry for only 50 baht and she makes the finest thai breakfast you could have. You can borrow the bicycles for free and roam around the old town. The A/C works well. The room is clean and the bathroom is quite big. You have a kitchen you can use, as well as a fridge. I highly recommend, I for sure will come back.
The location was easy to find, the size of the apartment was well above expectation, the apartment was very clean and the kitchen had all amenties.Overall the apartment had everythuing you needed for a very comfortable stay.
