The Hem hotel is located in the centre, not far away from Dragon Bridge by foot and also very close the beach. Clean, lovely rooms equipped with everything needed, beautiful breakfast and amazing staff. We came earlier for check in, and while waiting for the room( not long) the lady brought us welcome drink - ice tea - very nice in that hot weather. Staff is very helpful, smiley and willing with everything. We also enjoyed nice roof pool and golf pitch. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with modern amenities and a stunning view. An accommodation very near the airport and other tourist spots. The transportation was very easy as Grab drivers could find it easily. In addition, the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They were all professional and hospitable. The facilities like the pool and gym were great. Truly a relaxing and wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and outstanding service.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service provided by Phuong Thao. She was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging fantastic trips, transport, and hotel services for us. Her care and attention to detail were exceptional, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We can only recommend this place and would definitely love to come back.

The property is at a great location, right on the river and in between downtown and the beach (around a 25 minute walk to each). The room is spacious and has everything you need for short to long stays. I stayed a month and so I was really grateful for the washing machine, kitchen, and daily room cleaning option:) The receptionist are absolute sweethearts and SO helpful with everything, any concern or question of mine was answered immediately and handled accordingly. Loved my stay here and highly recommend it👍

Ive been to a lot of different hotels in Đà Nẵng (including Hilton and other nice places) but this one Bonny boutique hotel is the best. Absolutely outstanding and gorgeous.
