The cottage was a perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed and beyond. My kids loved the stuff animals and having their own beds. We loved the fireplace! Helped to keep us warm on the cold evenings.

Lovely surroundings.

Beautiful and peaceful location just outside Giant's Castle reserve. Billy the host went out of his way to accommodate us with a request we had. The unit well equipped and had everything we needed, including firewood for our braai, which was a nice extra.

As mentioned, there are two rooms, each with a shower. Everything is very clean and tidy, and is also nicely cleaned every day. Thumbs up for the cleaning services. The hostess is helpful and provides plenty of information on things to do. I would say, go for a walk and explore.

At the luxury tent, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The staff! Everyone we met was friendly and eager to make our 2 nights memorable. The room was incredible and is among the nicest I’ve had while in Africa. It’s right up there with the top lodges in game reserves. They had no issue bringing you down to the parking area anytime we wanted to leave and they were always available to pick you up upon returning. The pool and bar area were great to relax around in the afternoons and the quaint living and dining room was comfortable to spend time in during the evenings before dinner.

Everything you need, love the personal touch of detail. The home made cookies and rusk are amazing, sherry for the cold days. The shower had hot water and it was great after a cold day out.
