Sheraton Hotels in Brisbane

Had a relaxing 2 nights at Four Points Sheraton Brisbane to celebrate our 16th wedding Anniversary. The team made an effort to decorate and set up a flower, chocolate and a bottle of champagne. We're very surprised and that was very nice of them to do that. Location was closed to everything, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the fresh orange juice every morning, we'll stay back again in the future.

The location was excellent, I arrived in the CBD from Brisbane Airport by train (Central Station), and walked to the hotel, which took about 10 minutes. And did the reverse when I left. I liked the hotel, room was good, bathroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. I was in Brisbane for the FIFA Women's World Cup and walked to Suncorp Stadium, about a 30-minute walk. It was a perfect stay, and I've already booked the Sheraton for a return visit next year.

Four Points by Sheraton is clean and tidy with friendly staff and a great location.

My booking was cancelled for non reason 2hrs before and then I have since been charged the full a out when we didn't stay there and the accomodation cancelled our booking. When called to figure out what the issue was I had to speak to someone from Sheraton resorts overseas who could not tell me why the booking was cancelled. 5 days on and they still haven't refunded our money in which has essentially been stolen. Beware this property and thw Sheraton group.
