My family and I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. It truly meets the standards of a five-star property. The children thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the hotel’s location made getting around extremely convenient. All the staff members were warm and attentive, and special thanks go to Kevin at the front desk for his many helpful arrangements. Each morning, we were pleased to see the General Manager, Mr. Pauschardt, in the lobby, personally assisting guests with their needs. An excellent experience from start to finish!

The hotel’s front desk and concierge were very hospitable and accommodating. The housekeeping and room service were very polite and understanding. The gym, swimming pool, cafe/bar, bank and restaurant facilities were all great. The area was safe and very convenient for first time travelers with close proximity to a metro station, shopping malls, entertainment and a wide food selection from fast food to fine dining. Fantastic experience, overall 10/10!
