Every thing was excellent, breakfast buffet, reception, very clean (clean everyday and change towels also)10 minute walk to the train station, bus stop just 5 minutes bit far from the centre but easier to get every where. Who likes carm and quiet place its perfect

Thanks to a canceled flight with Lufthansa who left hundreds stranded without hotel vouchers I booked at room at Four Points. All the airport hotels were fully booked. I used the Booking.com map function and picked Four Points feeling confident in the level of stay without having to go all the way into downtown Munich. I arrived around midnight by taxi. One of the floor managers lent me her charging device as I was out of juice on my phone and computer due to the ordeal at Munich Airport. I was tired, frustrated, cold and completely unwilling to sleep at the airport. It was nice to arrive at such a clean and organized hotel. A rescue from a day of utter chaos with Lufthansa after flying in from San Francisco. Kind and helpful staff. Very clean room with comfortable bed. I made coffee in the room and was able to get a small sparkling wine from the easy to use vending machine in lobby. You can't expect a restaurant at midnight. All were helpful and booked my taxi for 7am the next morning where I returned to MUC and more chaos.
