Such friendly attentive staff through out the entire hotel. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We have stayed in many Asian hotels over the years but this hotel trumps them all. Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious room with a great view. Very clean, breakfast was great and there was soy milk! Most hotels do not provide dairy alternatives. The cleaning staff are great! I was always came back to a very clean and spotless room (plus a little joke with my plushie xD ) The view from the balcony was very nice and it was really nice to be able to wake up to a clean fresh air. We actually had some problem with our pick-up taxi (from the train station to the hotel) and the staff were very helpful to assist us to solve the problem and we were able to get a free taxi from the hotel on our departure day. There’s also a free concierge service, so we didn’t have to worry about our luggages
