Für unsere erste Reise nach Indien war dieses Hotel eine optimale Basis! Nähe zum S-Bahnhof Vashi (Navi Mumbai), von dort ist man in einer knappen Stunde an der Victoria Station. Schon die Fahrt mit diesen Vorortzügen ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Das Viertel ist zum Teil sehr modern, es gibt nebenan ein tolles Einkaufszentrum. Trotzdem ist es ein sehr authentisches Viertel, in dem man einen guten Einblick in den indischen Alltag bekommt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und höflich, besonders Security und Housekeeping. Beim Frühstück ist für jede Nationalität etwas Leckeres dabei und das große Plus ist der Pool, an dem man sich vor oder nach dem anstrengenden Sightseeing von Mumbai sehr gut erholen kann.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much — I thought communication gaps might lead to something simple. But the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest smiles, and everything changed. When we opened the door to our room, it felt as if we had stepped into heaven. The housekeeping team had gone beyond imagination — every detail, every touch was filled with love and beauty. It wasn’t just decoration; it was emotion brought to life. It made our day even more memorable, and I’ll remain deeply grateful for this forever. A heartfelt thanks to the entire housekeeping team. Despite it being Diwali, they still made time to surprise us with a lovely gift. And one of the kind ladies from the team even helped my wife drape her saree — an act of pure kindness that touched our hearts. Well done, Sheraton. You truly have an amazing staff — not just skilled, but full of warmth, compassion, and humanity. Please take good care of them, for they are the reason your guests carry home not just memories, but feelings.
