The hotel is brand new. What sets it apart is the excellent service. From the friendly gentlemen who man the entrance and exit to the building, through the reception, to the restaurant staff, who greeted you with a smile and asked, "What's your usual, ma'am?" :-) These people are the signature of this place :-).
Las but not least -I appreciate the super comfortable beds, pillows, and duvets. The single beds are larger than standard—I think they're 140 cm wide.

Great experience. Fantastic stay. Very welcoming staff. Right from front office to In room dinning. Special mention of Mr Anil Nair, manager at the Nuvo Club, Sakshi at front desk and Gulzar for in room dinning. They made us very comfortable and were always ready to help. Real asset for the hotel.

The overall experience was great. This was my first ever trip with my family for any destination. The staff food services were all beyond my expectation. Round the clock they are there for you. Attitude handling kids was awsome. On top of it food was great chef varis was great with his hands. For us it seems like the destination was sheraton and not pune. Great experience worth being there second time also.
