The gym was well equipped and the spa very nice with sauna, hammam but also swimming pool and Turquish baths. The restaurant accepted to serve dinner until 9.30pm/9.45pm over the three nights I spent there and the food was good. Staff was really nice and smiling in the restaurant but also in the spa where the lady was super helpful and smiling.

Everything was great. The room was nice, spacious and quiet. The room service was excellent. The staff was great too. Hakan in particular, was super helpful, friendly and polite and assisted me in getting a taxi so I would not get ripped off by some scam taxi. There was also a young lady at the front desk who was very polite, I didn't get her name but she was great too.

My wife and I really enjoyed the recommendations made my the Erin who worked at the concierge. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He booked us tables at Okra and Nesrut restaurants and even booked a spa session at HSH hamam. We are very grateful to him. The breakfast buffet was very ok but lacked smoked salmon that I’m used to enjoying at Sheraton hotels. Overall, fantastic stay!
