we had one-night stay at the hotel between the flight with arrival to Istanbul airport and departure from Sabiha. the hotel is located in 10 min drive from Sabina, which is quite quick and low cost for the taxi (less than 10 euro). the hotel is very modern, excellently clean, the personal is nice and the breakfast seems to the best from different Istanbul hotels, which we have ever tried.

The gym was well equipped and the spa very nice with sauna, hammam but also swimming pool and Turquish baths. The restaurant accepted to serve dinner until 9.30pm/9.45pm over the three nights I spent there and the food was good. Staff was really nice and smiling in the restaurant but also in the spa where the lady was super helpful and smiling.

Breakfast was exceptional! Great variety as well. Easily suited my western tastes. My partner loved all the fruits available and I thought the orange juice was perfect. I mention the orange juice because for the rest of my stay in Istanbul it was difficult to find good, fresh, orange juice. Room was small but very comfortable. A good view and not noisy at all. The hotel is away from the centre of the city but we walked to the main tourist street once and the very frequent free shuttle bus took us the other time. The shuttle bus means you can stay out of the city centre no problem. Loved my stay at the Sheraton! (Now called Marriott? In the middle of a name change I guess) Everything was perfect. All the staff are very professional and polite and helpful. It was great to find they all spoke wonderful English! The restaurant manager was also very attentive and deserves a special mention. But all the staff do!

My wife and I really enjoyed the recommendations made my the Erin who worked at the concierge. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He booked us tables at Okra and Nesrut restaurants and even booked a spa session at HSH hamam. We are very grateful to him. The breakfast buffet was very ok but lacked smoked salmon that I’m used to enjoying at Sheraton hotels. Overall, fantastic stay!
