Exceptional Stay – A Beautiful and Peaceful Retreat Our stay was truly exceptional! This place really exceeded my expectations The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The stairs were a bit creeky, but for me added to the experience of staying at a 150 year old hotel. Staff were really nice! Strongly recommend to solo travelers who are used to shared bathrooms!

Cleanliness of all locations. Everyone spoke English and they were courteous and professional. The food was much better than the previous time I stayed there and the waitresses were very helpful with making my selection by explaining how the food was prepared.
