I really wished we booked more than one night here. Beautiful accomodation and location. Booked to visit Halstatt and its only a couple of miles away, but upon arriving realised how much more there is to do in the area, i would travel back but for longer next time. Picturesque and traditional inn! Friendly and helpful staff! They let me check in early in the morning. The bus and train stops for Hallstatt are within 5 minutes walking distance. Loved the calm and still night where you could only hear the snow falling.

Everything was fantastic in all senses - the hotel was located in a very charming village and the room was extremely clean and well arranged, beautifully furnished and decorated, with amazing views of the Alps and town. No noise or any kind of disturbance whatsover, it is a very quiet a calm place. Besides, the breakfast was really good. The owners are the kindest, most respectful and helpful I have ever met.

It's great value for the cost, especially when you travel by car, as the hotel is located in a slightly remote area. The kitchenette has been remodelled and has everything you may need for cooking at home (electric oven, stove, utensils, even oil). The spacious balcony faces the mountains. Both beds are comfy and spacious enough for two regular people. Wifi does its job and there is even a TV, which works. There is also a free parking right next to the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by nature, yet it's a very short drive to Hoffer or SPAR. Also, it's a short drive to the world-famous Hallstatt or Bad Ischl. Great choice!
