The hostess was friendly, and had taken the time to turn up the heat a little before we arrived. She only had 30 min to do so (we booked and were there half an hour later). It showed care.

The apartment is great, big and very clean. Maria is a great hostess and greets you like you are family. The kitchen is big and has all the things you need to prepare a nice meal. The living room is big. There are also 3 bedrooms and a big bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a supermarket just next door and several restaurants within walking distance.

The room was fantastic and pleasantly bright and quiet with everything that you would need. For me it was great that there was a bathtub in the room after a long day's motorcycling it helped with the aches. The swimming pool looked good for an early morning relaxed swim along with a sauna to help with any aches and pains from walking in the hills around the place. Hotel also has it's own restaurant onsite which was also excellent and the staff where all pleasant. A wonderful out of the way place about 20 minutes drive from Bregenz.
