The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the breakfast – a nice selection of fresh items to start the day. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep.

Exceptional value for money in Switzerland Excellent communication re self check in. I was lucky enough to be given such a lovely room with a balcony and view of the castle. All the staff were super-friendly and helpful. I had one or two difficulties which they sorted out quickly and efficiently. The comfort, cleanliness and quality of the bedding, buildings and breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful, peaceful grounds and location. Contactless check-in was easy and if any problems, there is phone contact at any time. I'd love to visit again! 😊
