The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. The design of the hotel is very cool. Rooms and public spaces. I loved how the giant living room gathered loads of creatives and is great people watching. The view from my room I could have stared at all day.

Really great location and a great space. We were able to use the pool in the building which was a bonus. It had everything we needed and Steph was a great host. Would return and would definitely recommend!

We quickly felt at home in Stefania's appartment, we had everything we needed and slept like babies. :) All the more with the convenience of a hotel, the shuttle to the Laax Talstation, the ski cellar, the wellness/sauna area. The restaurant downstairs "s’nani" was very good (and a bit pricey), and in case we needed, the coop pronto across the street. We had all very clear instructions for self check-in&out from Stefania and great communication, although technically we did return the keys a bit late 😅
