As soon as you walk in, the hotel design is welcoming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions about parking, restaurant recommendations, hotel amenities, and breakfast (in both English and Spanish). We booked the rooftop tinaja and it was magical. The location was very close to town and the lake, we walked there everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!

One of the best places I've been to, the fully equipped kitchen, the jacuzzi, the fireplace in the living room, the huge and luxurious bed, the close supermarket , and above all, Maritza and her nice family, who helped us with everything, whether it's restaurants, trips, a link to a lovely guide, or anything else we needed.
