The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

The location of the hotel. So close to everything: 20 min to Ski resort , 10 min Ostrov, Karlovy Vary 20 min, delicious restaurant 10 min. Free private parking. The apartment and building is newly renovated and very comfortable, with modern design and fittings. There is a large and easy to access storage room on the ground floor for bikes or ski equipment. The apartment has everything you need for a stay away from home. Situated just 6 minutes drive from the Klinovec Ski Area, where you also find large, free parking area. The ski passes are a fair price for Czechia and the conditions of the pistes. Tip: Sunday is quieter than Saturday if you ski. It’s a pity the reception is only open from 08:00 - 10:00 daily as you need to physically check-in the morning after you arrive, which isn’t convenient if you really want to get to the slopes for the early run up the mountain.
