Very nice hotel, room is perfect with a very nice balcony. I was doing the GR11 and when the owner realized I had booked a hotel off the GR11 because I thought the next Refugi was closed, he called the next Refugi to ensure it had opened, made a reservation there for the next night and even called the hotel where I had made the reservation and convinced them to cancel the reservation at no cost. Super helpful. Dinner in the evening was tasty at a very reasonable price.

Monser was very knowledgeable about the hike and conditions on Pica d´Estats. Her information were indispensable for our hike. I would love to come back and visit. The staff were also very helpful and patient with our limited Spanish knowledge.
