Overall, everything was perfect. The room was large enough, the supplies were sufficient, and the service staff were very kind and tried their best to meet all our needs during our stay. I have to mention Charlie, he is seriously the funniest person I have ever met in the UK. The hot tub should be the biggest feature of this hotel. My wife and I enjoyed it for three whole days and were very satisfied. The price/performance ratio is very good. The hotel is located in the middle of the two towns of Bowness and Windermere, and it is very convenient to walk to both towns. In any case, I will definitely recommend this hotel next time I come to the Lake District, or if my friends want to travel to the Lake District.

The cottage was perfect, ideal location from town and handy parking. Stayed here for Kendal Mountain Festival and really enjoyed it.

amazing location with great views. Easy access to both Keswick & fantastic local walks. The grounds, garden & property itself are all immaculately kept. room and bathroom both comfortable and spotless. amazing value for money. Both hosts Claire & Craig are friendly, approachable and just good people.
