Lovely hotel in a quiet part of the region. Deluxe room is spacious, plenty of sockets, a little seating area and loads of cupboard space. Seperate bathroom and separate toilet and a good breakfast. Prosecco in the room as I ordered and some fresh fruit. Lovely! Friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces and a nice bar area for cosy evenings. Wellness spa is brilliant; indoor swimming pool, showers, changing rooms, massage area, 6 saunas (in two of these kids are also allowed), warm feet bath, three relaxing areas (one heated), a large outdoor area and a bathrobe/swimming cap/slipper service (€15 a package). Other than that: I would definitely recommend! Pretty old room, but spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower is nice, view is great and it's really nice that the toilet is seperate from the bathroom. Safe in the room. Half an hour drive from Lago di Braies and some really cute villages in the area. Wheelchair friendly and a 10-minute walk from the village centre. Other than that you really have to use a car to get around.

Really liked the location. It is really close to lago di Braies. When even decided to go do the check in before checking the lake, and that allowed us to change our wet clothes to some fresh new ones for the photos hehe The lady is very nice, you notice that it is a family house and it feels great. The breakfast is good as well

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. Wonderful location, with incredible nice view over the valley and very close to popular landscape attractions. Great facilities, including a gym and indoor pool, lounge area with various games and gorgeous terase with fire pit. The room was clean and comfortable and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade from the owner Andreas, upon our arrival. Kudos for the quality toiletries, slippers and extra towels for the pool. Appreciated Andreas’s hospitality and his recommendations for local restaurants. Rich and healthy breakfast with plenty of local food that gave us a great start of our day. The road to the property is now fixed and easy to access it. Available supermarkets in the village. We recommend this place and we would come back here for sure!

The apartment is just an 8-minute drive to the ski lift. It is newly built, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable for 3 to 4 people. There is even an elevator available. We will definitely return!

Stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were amazing-super friendly and always went out of their way to help without ever feeling over the top. The pizza-making class was such a fun touch-really hands-on and relaxed, and the pizza turned out great too. The facilities are next level, especially the spa. Everything felt really high quality but still comfortable and welcoming. The food throughout the stay was genuinely fantastic. You can tell they care about what they serve-every meal was a hit. Would go back in a heartbeat. One of those rare places that gets everything right.
