Very cozy family business in the nature. Fatima is extremely helpful host, she helped us to get our laundry done and didnt even want to pay for it ( we paid anyway). Breakfast is a good value for the price. The rooms are beautiful.

The lounge area is spacious and luxurious, the live music was great, the staff were attentive. The hammam was a fabulous experience- the space is exceptional and the staff were perfect. we would return to Ifrane just to do this again!

Marwan and his wife are exceptional hosts, the apartment is ideally located, clean and well presented with everything required for a pleasant stay. Both of them were extremely attentive to our needs and always available when needed. On the morning of our departure I found a big nail in my tyre and asked Marwan for help. He escorted us to a local garage and while we waited he arranged with the staff to make the necessary repairs. This wasn't all. He paid for the repair himself and then invited us both for mint tea in a local cafe. We chatted and had a laugh and then to cap it all he escorted us out of town to the best route for our destination, gave me a big hug as we confirmed we had both made a friend for life.
