The Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn cable car is 800 metres away and the stop of the free ski bus can be found right in front of the hotel. A riding centre can be reached within a few minutes drive and the city of Villach is 10 km away. Nearly everything and everyone there is just great. Restaurant is classy with great food and atmosphere for the evenings, and the breakfast is just superior to many 5-star hotels. Selection of herbal and fruit teas is enormous. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, everything in hotel is modern, common area doors are automatic touch-free, rooms are spacious with a large entry area which is especially convenient if you came skiing. Oh, the balcony is a nice bonus - rare thing in hotels. Marked with a heart on google maps.

Several hiking and cycling tracks start right outside. The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Nice rooms and bathrooms, exceptionally clean. The hotel offers private access to Lake Ossiach which is outstanding! My mother had a room with a balcony with an absolutely stunning view. The hotel also has two terraces that are accessible to all guests, and the view is breathtaking here, also. Delicious breakfast that offers a great array of food and drink choices. The owner and other staff are extremely attentive to their guests!

Everything, the location near the lake, the facilities, the cleanliness of the surroundings, a bakery and a supermarket.

Located in Annenheim, Atelier Ronacher is 70 metres from the Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn Cable Car and just 100 metres from the shore of Lake Ossiach. Each apartment offers a balcony or terrace, lake views, and free WiFi. It’s always a pleasure to visit such a beautiful house. Everything was perfect.

The closest slopes are only 5 km away and a free shuttle service to the Ski Area is offered. A ski storage is also available directly next to the slopes. Everything was great, host was very kind and answered all our questions. The location is amazing and you have an amazing view over the lake.
