The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

We didn’t know there was also a gym and sauna at the property too! A pleasant surprise. There is also a a fresh milk vending machine across the street from the local farmer. Wow!

Bicycle rental is available on request and against surcharge. Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

The breakfast is nice with many options and good service. The best thing was the service at the reception. I had a problem with my flight and received a lot of help from the staff, who were extremely nice and helpful.
