The Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn cable car is 800 metres away and the stop of the free ski bus can be found right in front of the hotel. A riding centre can be reached within a few minutes drive and the city of Villach is 10 km away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were nice and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Activities such as cycling, canoeing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. A private beach area, water sports facilities and ski storage space are all featured at the aparthotel, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings. Several hiking and cycling tracks start right outside. The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Had an amazing stay at this gem! The host was super friendly and made me feel like family. The place had a great vibe, really cozy and inviting. But the real MVP? Breakfast! The local cheese and fresh house milk were legendary. Seriously, I could write love songs about that breakfast :D. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

Everything, the location near the lake, the facilities, the cleanliness of the surroundings, a bakery and a supermarket.

Located in Annenheim, Atelier Ronacher is 70 metres from the Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn Cable Car and just 100 metres from the shore of Lake Ossiach. Each apartment offers a balcony or terrace, lake views, and free WiFi. Every thing is available and like home All facilities are next to you I rent car so travel even easy very very good view every day and night won’t be last for me for sure

The closest slopes are only 5 km away and a free shuttle service to the Ski Area is offered. A ski storage is also available directly next to the slopes. The place was absolutely perfect – clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The view was stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the location ideal for exploring the area. The hosts were kind and always available for any questions. Everything was comfortable and family-friendly – a wonderful experience Highly recommend!!!
