This 4-star-superior hotel in the centre of Schladming, just 450 metres from the Planai Cable Car, offers a 1,500 m² spa area, a restaurant, and free WiFi. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel was exceptional! The rooms may be basic, but they are equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything. The spa was an amazing experience – of very high quality, spacious, clean, and relaxing. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to every small detail to ensure a perfect experience. It's worth noting that the spa is nude-only, which might be unfamiliar to some, but once you get over the initial hesitation, it’s an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. An excellent experience all around – we’ll definitely be back!

The Schlossalm ski lift is only a 7 minute walk from the Alpenhaus Gasteinertal and the Alpentherme Gastein can be reached within 250 meters. Very nice hotel in beautiful alpine city. Nice, clean and comfortable room with lot of space, big balcony and comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast with lot of variety, delicious dinners. We also enjoyed the wellness and pool inside. It was possible to store our bicycles in bike (skiing) room. Staff was very nice and helpful. A lot of bike roads, lifts and hiking possibilities around. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel during our holiday and we would like to come back.
