The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

Nice location, very clean, excellent brekkie, with garden to chill and to enjoy the view and hospitable staff. Recommended!

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The hotel is seconds from the ski area. Literally right out the front door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very family friendly. View from our room was what we envisioned from a Swiss chalet. Bus service from hotel to downtown Grindelwald comes 4x times an hours and only minutes away. Will definitely go again.

The hotel is cozy and graceful with wonderful room view. Besides, we especially want to thank the counter staff Natalie for her kindly assistance. She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. She also tried to find a better room type instead of original simple attic for us. Her shining smile, consideration and excellent services are so impressive. She is worthy of fully compliments. Guests can enjoy a complimentary rich buffet breakfast every morning. The in-house restaurant, "The Deck," serves cheese fondue and a few other traditional Swiss dishes. In good weather, meals can be enjoyed on the terrace, which offers a wonderful mountain view. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. Located in a quieter area of the town, very nice view from the balcony. It takes a bit of uphill walk to the hotel so it s good that they provide a free luggage transportation service from train station.

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Love the bed and pillows. Had 2 nights of good rest. Love the Mountain view from my balcony! Could see paragliders in close promixity! Breakfast was adequate.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Perfect location next to the BLM train station which isn’t noisy at all. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price (considering it is Switzerland) and the staff shows such warmth and hospitality that it makes it a great stay. The wonderful view of Eiger and Monch from the balcony. Lift for those with suitcases and accessibility in general. Lovely clean room and bathroom with a bathtub :)

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. The stay was wonderful, however it would be a better booking process if you took payment at the time of booking through Booking.com . I had my credit card hacked after I thought I had paid for the room in advance and changed the credit card details in the meantime, however the credit card when payment was due prior to arrival would not process because of obvious reasons. The threat of cancelling the booking was unfounded until my new details were to hand.

The narrow stairs leading to the first and second floors may also pose a challenge for some visitors. However, this is a minor issue when weighed against the hotel’s numerous advantages. Our group of seven travellers from India thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hirschen Hotel. Despite the small inconvenience of the stairs, we were highly satisfied with the services, location, and overall experience. The beautifully located hotel, combined with its excellent staff and delightful dining, makes it a highly recommended choice for visitors to Interlaken.
