Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was lovely, quintessentially Swiss and yet modern facilities. Rooms had plenty of space and were so comfortable. We loved the property. Staff were so obliging and helpful. More than happy help with luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator due to age of building, The breakfast was delicious and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious and very reasonable. Rooms were air conditioned and having access to washing machine, drier and iron for a few francs was great. Location very handy…. Bus stop right outside. I would highly recommend Hotel Hirschen.

The lobby was amazing - really liked the decor! and the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future!
