Stylish and comfortable, with great staff, great bar and great kitchen. I had a beautiful double room with cosy terrace and excellent bed for a great sleep. Service and ambience this house offers is well above official three stars. Bedore choosing this stay I have read some reviews from other travellers, property matches them all by far. I'll be back!

The service at breakfast are excellent shout out to maggie who is always helpful and smiling we love her! most people at breakfast are really nice. The spa is amazing and staff at the spa has excellent service too. Lara at reception is great.

The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. Loved this place so much that the next time I stay here I want to make a point of staying here. Great location, right in between both train stations, close to food and restaurants was quite clean, kitchen area was very well equipped and great common area. Breakfast in the morning was good as well and staff were very helpful.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The location is really good. Though it’s not near the train station, it’s only 20min walk or 15min ride with the free bus service given by the hotel. The view of the hotel, I would say, it’s much better than those next to the train station and the main road - simply choose rooms with mountain views. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. And the facilities are great with no complaints.

It offers 213 km of well-groomed ski slopes. everything. absolutely everything. located in an incredible location with an insane view of the waterfalls. this cozy hotel has an amazing dining room and space for relaxing at night and the rooms are surprisingly big! we got upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived which was incredible and the staff was so helpful. they planned our hike for us and helped with tips for places to have dinner. overall, I would definitely want to stay here again. it was the most peaceful experience we had! breakfast is delicious as well!
