Self-service check-in was easy, and for those staying four nights, i could use the laundry room during limited hours. This was incredibly convenient for travelers. When we ran out of coffee or towels, the housekeeper always provided plenty. The male housekeeper incredibly helpful, who helped me adjust the washing machine. The male receptionist was also incredibly friendly. This apartment left a truly pleasant impression.

The hotel has a terrace and mountain views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The views are stunning. The hotel is located on top of the town ensuring unobstructed views of the mountains and the tranquility of the countryside. The food is beautiful. I had dinner twice and absolutely loved the veal rosti. Whilst the room is very maximised in terms of space the beds are super comfy and the shower powerful. The best is the staff though. So welcoming, kind and accommodating. They had a table secured for me every night despite of being open to the public and they offered me towels for me and my dog when we arrived soaked the first day :)

Very homely setting. Stayed for two nights and did not experience any issues. Was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you are in Lucerne!

The stay has great views right outside the windows and the sit out area. The house has all the equipment for comfortable stay and to cook whole meals. The host Pietro is really warm and welcoming. We will be coming back again to this stay.

The rooms as well as the seminar rooms offer panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The staff were all extremely welcoming and quite simply, lovely. My daughter of 4, who doesn't speak a word of German, said one of the waitresses/hosts was now her 'best friend,' and she was sad to leave. Really absolute A+ service throughout, always a smile. The breakfast was terrific as well. Delicious cappuccino and a broad selection of everything. Bread, croissants (laugen, even!), yoghurt, pastries and cake. My daughter went to the buffet four times; we've never seen her enjoy breakfast as much as here. Oh, and the fresh orange juice was delicious, too.
