Very clean hotel and beautiful rooms. The love snug was a great room and was great to use the sauna facility. Catherine was excellent and very friendly , making us feel welcome. The bubbly on arrival was lovely too!

The space was homey, inviting, and full of charm. With its three small stories, it has a unique layout—do be prepared for stairs—but that added to the cottage's cozy character. The location is also fantastic: conveniently close to the train station and within easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and amenities in the charming town of Kendal. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the owners was excellent. They were very helpful and responsive, especially when we had a question about the door lock. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Kendal. Highly recommend!
