The room was comfortable. The location was convenient as well. Most attractions can be reached by foot, and there’s the metro too which is only a few blocks away. The staff is exceptional. They even stored my luggage for two days until I stayed at this hotel again. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sapporo.

I loved that there are 7Eleven and Family Mart within few blocks from the property.

Perfect for a long stay in Sapporo — I wish I had stayed longer. Everything was perfect. The twin room we got was spacious, with large beds, a nice and clear view, and clean, quiet surroundings with easy access to Sapporo Station. The elevators were fast and reliable. There was daily free bottled water, cleaning and even a tote bag provided for shopping or onsen use. The bath towels and POLA toiletries were excellent — the shampoo is my new favorite! The pajamas were very comfortable, like a Muji style - wish I could take them home.

One morning they gave us eggs and sausage and the next a beautiful bowl of curry with rice. The beds were pretty comfy and the blankets were very warm. Each room comes with its own heater and air purifier. They had a washer and dryer that could be used at your convenience. I loved the upstairs lounge with a fire place always going and places to lounge and socialize.

The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home. The Room was very spacious espcially for Japan standards we were reallt impressed. huge tv, comfy couch, comfy beds, great kitchen...everythijt was perfect ill stay here again next time though!
