The breakfast buffet was great - lot's of options, also had several highchairs available for the little ones. The restaurant also offered an optional buffet dinner for 24 eur per person, not including drinks, which we found very convenient. The hotel was very well equipped for bicycle lovers - they were offering bike storage directly under the camping house, bike wash, bike rental. We rented bikes for a ride with our 10 month old - they had a baby seat available, also they had a Thule bike trailer for families with 2 kids. Bled was a pleasant 15 min bike ride away, and it was very convenient, because we didn't need to look for parking. Also, when staying in the Alpine Resort houses, the accommodation is offering free laundry service, which we didn't use.

The hosts were extremely friendly and serviceminded, and I was able to check in multiple hours before normal check-in time. Large spacious rooms with a big bathroom that was cleaned every day, there was also a mini fridge and a safety deposit box Each morning, I was served a large breakfast with eggs the way I wanted it and a cheese and meat platter of different selections, and there were a lot of other options as well. I dont have any better way to describe it as a "home away from home"

Lots of windows to let the fresh air in. The location was super close to the lake but off the main tourist road so it was significantly quieter. Peter was an amazing host and shared lots of good tips for places to go, as well as extremely friendly and hospitable. The best BnB/hotel I’ve ever been to.

Only 200 metres from the Sava River, Hiša Aleš is set in the centre of Breg ob Savi. Featuring free Wi-Fi, free parking and rooms with mountain views, it offers a restaurant serving Slovenian cuisine and international dishes. All the staff members were amazing, super friendly and very helpful! The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff was always attentive, asking if we wanted more coffee or eggs, which they gladly brought. They also recommended great places to visit in Slovenia. As a lovely touch, they welcomed us with a traditional drink. Another highlight was the location. Not in the middle of the city, but in a small village, which added a magical charm to the whole Slovenia experience. Overall, I highly recommend it!

A shared lounge is at guests' disposal. The owners are just wonderful warm people! ❤️ Always very welcoming and give everything to make you feel at home and have everything you need! You get a very cosy familiar feeling. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, cosy... just perfect! The recent renovations are beautifully done as well! And they have about 10 types of delicious hot chocolate ☺️
