The surrounding landscape is very beautiful and there are many outdoor activities that can be organized to fully enjoy this area of Slovenia.

The local bus station is 600 metres from Penzion Kaps, while Bled Castle is at a distance of 2 km. Ljubljana Airport and the ski centres at Kranjska Gora, Vogel and Krvavec are all within a 35 km radius. Everything was great, comfortable and clean rooms, quiet, delicious breakfasts. The staff is very friendly. We also liked their new electric bikes for rent, we easily traveled around Bled. We are glad that we chose this hotel.

Only 200 metres from the Sava River, Hiša Aleš is set in the centre of Breg ob Savi. Featuring free Wi-Fi, free parking and rooms with mountain views, it offers a restaurant serving Slovenian cuisine and international dishes. The staff were wonderful and very helpful - their English was also fantastic. The food was exceptional. The location was just far enough out of Kranj to be very peaceful and with a bus service just outside, it was very easy to get in and out of town and also to Ljubljana. I would highly recommend Hisa Ales.
