When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

We love everything about the place. It is spacious and super comfortable (quality furniture, perhaps better than the picture. Especially the bed, super comfortable!), and also a complete set of amenities to meet your needs. Nila and Alexey is very friendly, responsive, and informative. Definitely will stay here again if we visit Yosemite.

It was beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. The area is quiet, the bed was cozy, and the location is great — just a short walk to the main street. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking and felt spacious for two people. We also loved the jacuzzi and the small porch, perfect for breakfast or simply enjoying the view.

Le Black Bear Lodge est situé à South Lake Tahoe, à environ 800 mètres du lac et à 1,6 km de la télécabine de Heavenly. the room is so clean, they put 2 piece of welcome chocolate on the bed which was so delicious. I can feel they care about the customer so much. The lobby is so cozy for couple to have a drink. Last but not least, the location of the lodge was totally perfect, we can walk to the lake round 6 mins. I will be back soon absolutely.

Situé au Northstar at Tahoe Resort à Truckee, le The Residences at One Village Place by Hyatt Vacation Club met gratuitement à votre disposition une connexion Wi-Fi et un parking privé. We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!
