Great hotel! Large room. We asked for a 3rd bed and after that , the room still have quite a lot space. The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan, walk distance to everywhere and surrounded by a lot of great restarautant and coffee shops. Staff is nice and helpful. The bar in the top floor is also great and can have a good view from top.

The apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious, with three balconies. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. The location was excellent—close to Rio Mall and with supermarkets just at the end of the alley. Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful and supportive.
