The hotel is situated just outside of Calafate. It has a very nice lounge where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The room is spacious and clean. The spa facilities are good but basic. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic with very limited savory options. I believe that the price could be slightly lower for what the hotel offers.

We liked the hotel very much: the room service, the swimming pool, the sauna, the playroom, the breakfast and the spacious environment. The personnel helped us organize the excursions and gave good advice. All very gentle.

Very well located hotel, close to main restaurants and facilities in town. Clean bedrooms, good breakfast with a big range of time, even for who is leaving early for flights. Having the spa and massages in a fare price were also a differential. We arrived early from our flight and our bedrooms were available before 10am, very flexible.

the reception staff Karena was absolutely lovely, the masseuse was brilliant and I lied the privacy of booking jacuzzi and sauna solely for yourself, you were offered a robe and slippers too, and the breakfast was adequate for a gluten intolerant person, the lunch was also good, massage booked on arrival, great service
